Founded in 2003 in Valencia, Spain, RARCONGROUP was born with the vision of delivering luxury projects with excellence in execution. The company is led by its CEO, Juan Alberto Úbeda-Portugués, a Technical Architect graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, with more than 20 years of experience in the construction sector.
Throughout his career, our CEO has built an outstanding track record in Spain and the Dominican Republic, leading the execution of luxury projects under the highest standards of quality and excellence.
